Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and implementing future-forward solutions
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published work on technological or societal transformation
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
