Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen AI, quantum applications, and biotech interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential for 2026 market disruption
- Collaborate with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic innovation plans to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, with proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$1M
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
