- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting models
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and neural-symbolic AI
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
