Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with futurists, engineers, and policymakers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech, space exploration, and neurotech trends
- Design speculative scenarios and risk-assessment frameworks for long-term strategic planning
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on societal impacts of technological singularity
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with policy briefings and government technology advisory roles
- Published work in futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futuristic initiatives
