- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Exceptional track record in translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong background in market forecasting and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
