- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, climate adaptation tech, and neuro interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and government futurist bodies
- Translate complex emerging technologies into actionable business opportunities
- Chair the annual 'Future Forward' summit for C-suite executives and policymakers
- Oversee the development of Horizon's '2026 Impact Lab' prototyping facility
- Author quarterly white papers on disruptive technologies and societal implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in futurism or horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Forecasting
- Published research on exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in AI/ML, synthetic biology, and quantum computing principles
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
