Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 clients
