Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems and next-gen sustainable tech
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-backed 2026 market impact projections
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI, and global research institutions for future tech validation
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation for 2026 deliverables
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ tech transformation impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Executive experience scaling global teams across 3+ continents for complex initiatives
- Deep network with DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar forward-thinking organizations
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
