Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technology trends through 2026, developing strategic roadmaps for adoption
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for next-gen products and services
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or future-focused divisions
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
