Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch future-focused initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market forces and technological disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate and present future-vision reports to stakeholders and investors
- Foster an internal culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and synthetic thinking with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Passion for sustainability, ethical tech, and human-centered design principles
