Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 2026 market disruptions

- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in next-gen technologies
- Design innovation sprints focused on 2026 use cases for AI augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive insights
