Responsibilities

- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation ecosystems

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-ready innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation and future-proofing
