Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map disruptive forces (2026-2035)
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with $1M+ market potential
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend forecasts to Fortune 500 executive councils
- Build internal 'Future Radar' early-warning system
- Advose on ethical implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trajectories
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives (minimum 3)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts
