Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, AI Ethics, or Futurology with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (patents required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions Committee, or similar bodies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
