- Lead cross-functional workshops blending futurism with product development
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Monitor horizon-scanning tools (Gartner, WEF, MIT Tech Review) for early signals
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record mapping technology adoption curves (AI/blockchain/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or exponential technologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives launched to market
