Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026 technology/societal trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate resilience sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives navigating digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Measure and communicate ROI of future-focused initiatives using advanced analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent PhD
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that drove enterprise-level change
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Publish portfolio in futurism/innovation thought leadership (HBR, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
