Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological convergence points
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed future-thinking across organizational strategy
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling, predictive analytics, and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Champion R&D investments in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI autonomy)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities and product roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market disruption potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
