As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify emerging paradigms in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. Your strategic insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation across 15+ countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or corporate futurism
- Proven track record executing 3-5 year tech transformation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams (15+ members)
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
