Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future workforce and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products/services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing business models
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-forward business strategies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or thought leadership on future trends
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
