Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global trends to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate future-focused product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Quantify long-term ROI for speculative innovation investments
- Mentor teams on futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
