Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, IoT, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to prototype and launch breakthrough solutions.
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats.
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation.
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Manage R&D budget allocation and ROI analysis for innovation projects.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development, innovation management, or strategic consulting with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products or services.
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, IoT, Quantum Computing, or Decentralized Systems.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting.
- Strong financial acumen in managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets.
- Masterβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Fluency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks.
