Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the company's 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops on future-proofing business models
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with 12+ concurrent projects
- Develop proprietary frameworks for technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford Future Labs on joint research initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record leading transformational tech initiatives ($10M+ budget)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, WFS)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
