Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product development plans
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and boards to drive strategic alignment
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience with emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or thought leadership pieces
