Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI solutions
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with data-driven scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to co-develop next-generation ecosystems
- Drive internal culture transformation to embed agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent technical field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable AI ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
