Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year launch horizons
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, clean energy, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
