Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts affecting our industry
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting technological trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing future scenario planning projects or technology roadmaps
