Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmap using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption horizons
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir) and data visualization tools
