- Present future-state frameworks to clients and stakeholders
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market evolution trajectories
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of developing future-state roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
