Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum biology, climate tech, and space exploration
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through immersive data visualizations and interactive demos
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-casting projects with measurable impact
- Ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas in emerging technology domains
