Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Author visionary thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, academics, and innovation labs globally
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends required
