Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-era technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing patent-pending future-proof systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with global partners on next-gen standards and protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technologies launched in the past 5 years
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international collaboration
