Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and geopolitical shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term business resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future trends into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend detection and predictive modeling
