- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with 5-10 year time horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published work on future trends or innovation strategy preferred
