Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Translate complex scenarios into product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of influencing long-term organizational strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies
