Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies across 12+ verticals
- Produce quarterly 'State of 2026' reports for Fortune 100 client partners
- Coordinate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on joint research initiatives
- Design ethics protocols for autonomous systems and AI governance frameworks
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, computational social science, and complex adaptive systems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
- Track record advising Fortune 50 boards on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
