Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic plans targeting 2026 market opportunities and disruptions

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future states
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and Delphi methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
