Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop multi-horizon strategic roadmaps aligning innovation with business objectives and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 challenges
- Present strategic foresight to investors and boards, translating complex scenarios into investment priorities
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier insights
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' defining industry disruption vectors and counter-strategies
- Mentor next-gen futurists while maintaining thought leadership via keynotes and white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities with portfolio of deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite and board presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable foresight or innovation publications
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
