Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2026 market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Futurescape Reports' analyzing emerging tech regulatory and ethical frameworks
- Architect innovation pipelines with 3-year horizons for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Present strategic briefings at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of delivering 3+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprises
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
