Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, automation adoption, and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in VR/AR, decentralized systems, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align futurism initiatives with business objectives and market entry strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Mentor emerging talent in futures-thinking methodologies and technological foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate innovation
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning and trend visualization
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead high-stakes innovation projects
