- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor committees
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement AI-driven prediction models for market evolution
- Present future vision narratives to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging markets
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
