- Produce actionable futurescape reports and innovation roadmaps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-impact projects
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, or climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
