Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence through 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author annual 'State of the Future' whitepapers read by policymakers
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with $10M+ commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology integration
- Present to UN Technology summits and Davos-style forums
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals (minimum 3 papers)
- 10+ years modeling complex socio-technical systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
