Your mission: identify inflection points, develop adaptive frameworks, and lead initiatives that redefine industries by 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation pathways
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and deliver keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Establish KPIs for tracking exponential technology adoption and societal impact metrics
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organizational culture of anticipatory intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic foresight initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and transformational pivots
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
