- Advise C-suite on long-term digital transformation and workforce evolution
- Design prototype scenarios for metaverse integration and quantum adoption
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Technology Policy
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling skills
- Published work on future-of-work or human-machine collaboration
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP)
