- Develop scenario-planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure and neuro-enhanced workplaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions using Web3.0 and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author thought leadership reports published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in trend-symmetry methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with neuro-ergonomics and human-AI symbiosis design principles
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF) or Strategic Foresight (WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools
