Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier tech or policy organizations
- Published research on emerging tech ethics (IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential risk/opportunity landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
