Your insights will directly shape product development, investment priorities, and organizational evolution as we prepare for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for future-ready solutions
- Mentor senior leaders on technological disruption and adaptation strategies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with deep understanding of AI, Web3, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional skills in data visualization, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, etc.)
