- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Author thought leadership reports on metaverse implications and neuro-technology convergence
- Advise executive team on investment opportunities in emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using frameworks like Delphi Method or Horizon Scanning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (IEEE, Wired, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEPLE)
