Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal paradigms for 2026 through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align 2026 innovation priorities
- Author white papers on exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and invest in 2026-defining startups
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Represent Nexus at global futurist forums (Davos, World Economic Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting technological inflection points (published forecasts preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and quantum AI
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
