Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and societal trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders across aerospace, AI, and biotech sectors
- Produce quarterly trend reports identifying disruptive opportunities and risks beyond 2025
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen commercialization pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (e.g., quantum computing, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on post-2020 technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
